- If you would like to make use of our premium offer, we require information on the payment method and your complete billing address, consisting of first name, last name, street, postcode, town.
- The voluntary data provided by you will be stored for the duration of your use of the platform, unless you delete it beforehand. You can administer and amend all details in the protected client zone. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
- The aim of our platform is to bring together people who offer or search for the service mentioned on our website by means of publicly accessible job advertisements or profiles. If you use our platform, your personal data accessible in the public job advertisement or profile will be visible to all visitors of the website. This specifically includes: First name, postcode, place of residence, age, photos. Last name, street, e-mail address ist not visible.

Limitation of Liability
- The Client is responsible for independently obtaining any necessary residence or work permits.

The Cleaning service provider is required to insure the Client in accordance with legal requirements, or, if applicable, inform the Client about a need for such insurance.

Vis-à-vis consumers, FreshHouse24 shall be liable only for intent and gross negligence. Additionally, it shall be liable in cases of a culpable breach of essential contractual obligations (as defined in Section 4), debtor’s default, or impossibility of performance for which FreshHouse24 is responsible. This liability also extends to any wrongful conduct by its legal representatives, senior executives, or other employees (agents) involved in fulfilling its obligations.

Except in cases of intentional or grossly negligent conduct by FreshHouse24's legal representatives, senior executives, or other employees (agents) involved in the performance of its obligations, FreshHouse24's liability shall be limited to damages that are typically foreseeable at the time the contract is concluded.
